FindYourHuman is building a marketplace where vetted people validate, repair, and complete consequential AI-agent work. A customer defines the outcome and acceptance criteria; the platform routes it to the right expert, captures evidence, and keeps one accountable path through repair, replacement, or an eligible refund.
The role
What you will own
Run the day-to-day system that turns scoped AI work into reliable expert delivery. This role is intentionally broad enough for a strong operator to shape the system while the company is early.
- Own task queues, staffing decisions, handoffs, and service-level performance.
- Coach marketplace coordinators through ambiguous or high-risk delivery cases.
- Turn recurring defects and escalations into better operating procedures.

- Demonstrated strength in marketplace, service, or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated strength in people coordination and calm escalation judgment.
- Demonstrated strength in process design grounded in real delivery data.
- Clear written communication and evidence-based decision making.
- Comfort building in an early environment where the work is defined before the hierarchy.
Compensation & benefits

Compensation bands, employment location, and final benefits will be posted before this role becomes an active opening. Planned benefits include health coverage, paid time off, flexible remote work, a home-office allowance, and a learning budget, subject to the final employment policy.
