The buyer identifies which agreed criterion failed and provides available evidence within 7 days after delivery, with the Report a problem button on the private request page or by replying to the delivery email.

Repair or replace
The original expert repairs the work, or FindYourHuman assigns a better-fit expert at no additional task price.

Deliver or refund
A FindYourHuman admin checks the remedy against the written criteria. If it still fails, the eligible payment returns to the original method.
What the promise covers
The defined deliverable misses a written acceptance criterion
Required evidence is absent or materially unsupported
The expert introduced a verifiable error
The task is incomplete by the agreed deadline without an approved extension
The repair or replacement also fails the admin check
What it does not cover
New requirements or preference changes after scope lock
Missing, inaccessible, misleading, or late customer inputs
Outcomes controlled by third parties, markets, or future events
Illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited tasks
External outages or account restrictions outside the expert’s control

FindYourHuman’s policy is to perform the defined service, remedy defects, and refund an eligible service payment if we cannot deliver. It does not insure business losses, investments, wagers, consequential damages, or results outside the task contract.
Card payment opens only for accepted orders, and checkout asks you to agree to the Website Terms and Refund Promise before you pay. This page explains that promise in plain terms, and the Refund Promise page is the policy that applies.
