Never allowed

Illegal goods or activity; weapons; alcohol; tobacco; medicine; controlled substances; or regulated goods.
Cash handling, money transfers, financial transactions, gambling, or access to another person’s account.
Unknown parcels, valuables, sensitive documents, passwords, or government IDs.
Trespass, covert recording, surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or photographing identifiable people without consent.
Childcare, eldercare, medical or personal care, emergency response, or unsupervised contact with minors or vulnerable people.
Unapproved driving, security work, crowd control, electrical work, hazardous materials, work at height, heavy machinery, or other licensed or dangerous work.

Location and information boundaries

During preview, provide only a city and area or locality—never a full street address. If booking later opens, a full address, phone number, or access instructions would be requested privately and shared only after the relevant person, provider, task, and safety checks.

Checks before a future booking

Before a local booking opens, the matched person or commercial provider, scope, total price, timing, evidence, location details, task-specific identity or credential checks, and refund terms would be confirmed in writing. Licence, permit, and insurance checks would apply where required. These checks are planned and are not described as complete today.

Responsibilities on both sides

Requester: describe the task accurately, disclose known hazards and access rules, approve costs before they occur, and never ask someone to bypass a boundary.
Expert or provider: accept only lawful, safe work; follow the written scope; protect personal information; document completion honestly; and stop when conditions differ materially.

Safe handoffs and the stop rule

Use public, staffed, or reception handoff points where practical. Do not enter a restricted or private area unless a future category-specific protocol expressly allows it. Anyone may stop or decline a task when conditions feel unsafe; no completion target overrides immediate safety.

Emergencies, concerns, and refunds

FindYourHuman is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed. For a preview concern, use the task form, choose “Something else,” and begin the details with “Safety concern.” Do not include sensitive identity documents.

The Refund Promise addresses eligible service payments. It is not insurance and does not cover injury, property loss, business loss, or consequential harm.
