Questions

Do I need to share passwords or keys?

No. Leave passwords, secrets and keys out of the request, as the form asks. Describe the problem and the files involved.

What does a finished fix include?

The example task asks for clear steps to reproduce the bug, a working code fix, and tests with a short summary of the cause. Say in your request if you need something different.

How is the price set?

One price in US dollars: the expert’s price plus one 25% FindYourHuman fee, with no membership fee. The fee pays for matching, an admin check before the order is marked complete, and the eligible remedy path. It is added on top of the expert’s quote.
