A customer defines the outcome and acceptance criteria; the platform routes it to the right expert, captures evidence, and keeps one accountable path through repair, replacement, or an eligible refund.
The role
What you will own
Build a respectful expert journey from application through verified production work. This role is intentionally broad enough for a strong operator to shape the system while the company is early.
- Run identity, background, credential, and onboarding operations with consent.
- Improve résumé-first matching without one-way video screens or quizzes.
- Create responsive support systems for expert questions and exceptions.

- Demonstrated strength in candidate empathy paired with operational rigor.
- Clear written communication and evidence-based decision making.
- Comfort building in an early environment where the work is defined before the hierarchy.
Compensation & benefits

Compensation bands, employment location, and final benefits will be posted before this role becomes an active opening. Planned benefits include health coverage, paid time off, flexible remote work, a home-office allowance, and a learning budget, subject to the final employment policy.
