A customer defines the outcome and acceptance criteria; the platform routes it to the right expert, captures evidence, and keeps one accountable path through repair, replacement, or an eligible refund.
The role
What you will own
Run programs that turn real workflows into rigorous tasks, rubrics, and failure evidence. This role is intentionally broad enough for a strong operator to shape the system while the company is early.
- Plan evaluation work from task design through audited delivery.
- Coordinate domain experts, reviewers, and customer stakeholders.
- Track quality, ambiguity, throughput, and revision patterns.

- Demonstrated strength in evaluation, research, or expert-program operations.
- Demonstrated strength in rubric and quality-control judgment.
- Demonstrated strength in high-detail program communication.
- Clear written communication and evidence-based decision making.
- Comfort building in an early environment where the work is defined before the hierarchy.
Compensation & benefits

Compensation bands, employment location, and final benefits will be posted before this role becomes an active opening. Planned benefits include health coverage, paid time off, flexible remote work, a home-office allowance, and a learning budget, subject to the final employment policy.
