A customer defines the outcome and acceptance criteria; the platform routes it to the right expert, captures evidence, and keeps one accountable path through repair, replacement, or an eligible refund.
The role
What you will own
Use AI where it creates measurable leverage in matching, scoping, and evidence review. This role is intentionally broad enough for a strong operator to shape the system while the company is early.
- Build and evaluate résumé, skill, and task-matching systems.
- Develop retrieval and review tools with observable failure modes.
- Create offline and production evaluations before model behavior ships.

What you bring
- Demonstrated strength in applied llm or machine-learning systems.
- Demonstrated strength in evaluation design and error analysis.
- Demonstrated strength in bias-aware product judgment.
- Clear written communication and evidence-based decision making.
- Comfort building in an early environment where the work is defined before the hierarchy.
Compensation & benefits

Compensation bands, employment location, and final benefits will be posted before this role becomes an active opening. Planned benefits include health coverage, paid time off, flexible remote work, a home-office allowance, and a learning budget, subject to the final employment policy.
